PAYMENT✦ I have the right to refuse any commission request without the need to explain my reasons.✦ Image references are highly recommended for more accuracy.✦ I will only do MINOR revisions late into the drawing process. Any major changes will require an additional fee.✦ Payment is 50% upfront, 50% after completion.✦ Payment is non-refundable unless I am unable to complete the commissioned artwork due to unforeseen circumstances or I have not commenced work on the client's commission.✦ Payment is through PAYPAL, using USD.✦ Clients have to tell me once the payment has been sent.
USAGE✦ By commissioning me, I retain all rights to the artwork.✦ All commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.✦ By purchasing a commission, the client acknowledges and agrees that I may use the artwork for promotional, marketing, or other purposes.✦ The client understands that the commissioned artwork may be made available to the public in various formats, both online and offline, and agrees that they will not have exclusive ownership or control over the artwork, regardless of any payment made for the commission. If you have a specific reason for why I must keep it private, please let me know.✦ The client agrees that the commissioned artwork shall NOT be used, directly or indirectly, for the creation, distribution, or sale of AI-generated content, NFTs, or any form of cryptocurrency-related assets or transactions.✦ Modifying, taking credit, or making money off of my artwork in any way is COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. This is strictly prohibited.
